Mpowered Flow was founded by Mary Medaglia, a seasoned project management and delivery leader with deep experience helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and change. Mary has spent her career operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and operations — building and maturing PMOs, leading enterprise programs, and supporting organizations of all sizes as they move towards their goals with clarity and cohesion.
Mary's experience spans the Royal Bank of Canada, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Canadian federal government, and Indigenous-led and post-secondary non-profits.
